Description
The PLA filament by 3DJake is an easily printable filament. The PLA has been slightly modified to make it perfect for 3D printing. The filament has a minimum shrinkage factor and does not warp after cooling. PLA is a biocompatible material, which is obtained from renewable natural resources.
PLA is one of the most popular 3D printing materials due to its properties and good printability.
3DJake's PLA filament can be used with almost all FDM 3D printers.
The 3DJake PLA is tougher and less brittle than conventional PLA filaments.
3DJake's PLA has an outstandingly good diameter and roundness tolerance, which is necessary for 3D printing.
3DJake PLA is available in many colours- there's something for everyone!
Thanks to minimal distortion, the filament can be printed without the use of a heating board. However, if you do have a heating board, the setting should be adjusted to between 40-60 °C approximately.
It is recommended to store the filaments in a cool (15-25 ° C) and dry place.
There are no unpleasant odours during printing.
The 3DJake PLA filament is RoHS approved and REACH compliant.
Additional Information
Each coil filament is vacuum packed. The products and packaging are made in Europe.
Generally, PLA filaments do not require the use of a heating board.

Plastic comes in very nice, double vacuumed box. Too bad it doesn't have a small window to see the colour of plastic while on the shelf.
Thickness fluctuates between 1,75 and as much as 1,95mm, which raised a bit of concern, but there were no issues with my long Bowden tube.
As average thickness is rather high, I needed to underextrude (83%) to produce best results.
After several hours of printing, all layers were perfect.
Plastic itself is of excellent quality. Color is very nice, and surface is glossy.
It prints nicely with lower temperature settings (195°c).
I had issues with first layer adhesion during test prints (probably due to high gloss of both bed and plastic), so first layer I had to print warmer 210°c and on 60°c bed. Afterwards I lowered the temperature, and turned off the bed. Stability of the plastic was perfect. It did not bend, or produce cooling related layer shifts.
Cohesion and strength of this PLA is amazing, and the 0,08mm layer prints look fantastic.
I'm rating this plastic 5 stars due to overall quality, and forgetting about thickness fluctuation, which is actually common occurrence in most filaments in this price range.
