Description
Wash & Cure machine from Anycubic!
A resin 3D printer creates unattainable details compared to FDM printers. However, it is well known that reworking the finished models can be quite tedious.
The Anycubic research team developed this simple solution to solve this problem: Anycubic Wash & Cure
This product offers a 2-in-1 solution for everyone who works with an SLA, DLP or LCD printer. It is a cleaning machine and UV hardener at the same time!
Wash (clean models)
Simply place your finished model in the container provided with detergent and start the convenient washing process.
For customers who have an Anycubic Photon or Photon S printer, there is another feature! You can directly remove the platform from the Anycubic Photon and place it in the Wash & Cure machine to avoid contact with uncured resin as best as possible. In addition, the height of the holder is adjustable so that you do not have to fill the container completely.
After the cleaning process, you can simply close the container and keep it for the next washing process.
Curing (Post-curing)
After washing, the product can be switched to UV curing. With numerous 356nm and 405nm wavelength UV lights, you can harden the finished model quickly and easily!
A rotating platform ensures a 360 ° UV treatment so that your artwork is cured from all angles.
Simple operation and safety
Very simple operation is made possible by means of the touch button. So you can easily switch between wash and cure mode. Optionally, you can also set the time for how long the machine should wash or harden.
The special cover filters 99.95% of the UV light and prevents possible damage from the UV light. The product is also equipped with a safety function that switches off the UV lights automatically when you remove the cover.

Good for washing / curing so so

a relative bought me the Anycubic Wash & Cure as a present, but I’ll try to not let the ‘price’ affect this review...
I’ve been resin printing for a while using a variety of methods for washing and curing and I do think this station is good for washing, although it is nothing a magnetic stirrer of decent quality couldn’t match.
Nonetheless, quality magnetic stirrers do cost a fair amount and you still have to sort out the container you’re going to use, and how your printed parts are going to be immersed in it. That is where this product shines as it comes with everything you need (well, depending on your printer you might have to sort out a clamp to attach the build plate to, or use the provided basket).
When it comes to curing this is another story, it is rather underwhelming, with a single set of LED which is adequate for a single large model but not so much for a plate of smaller objects. The timer control is also very vey limited, with a minimum of 2 mins and maximum of 6, in 2 mins steps...the Elegoo Mercury does much better than this at a fraction of the cost.
Overall, I think this is a good product, hence the 4 star rating, however as a dual purpose machine I am not entirely convinced and will use it solely as a washing station (in addition to my trusty DK Ultrasonic), my various curing chambers are not going to be retired anytime soon.Was this rating helpful? Wish that the timer setting could be changed. Some liquids require a 30 minute rinse and wash cycle so I’d have to start it 5 times which get annoying after a while.

so i recently buyed the curing and washing station. and the first problem with it was the plastic box, i tried to close the box what origenaly is for the isopropanol but i noticed it was broken out of the box.
i hope someone wil contact me from 3d jake for helping me with this problem.
so the box is broke and i can not do the cleaning with the wash and cure station.....

I've used almost all the possible cleaning methods for SLA prints: swirl in IPA, use a brush with IPA, use an ultrasonic cleaner, different dedicated resin solvents, the whole lot and I can't quantify how much this has changed my life.
Clean up is no longer a lengthy process that I dread. It has become a quick and easy joy.
Take off the print plate, set it up onto the adapter, dip everything into the solvent, press a button, wait 6 minutes and it cleans everything perfectly.
I know this probably sounds like a testimonial, but I'm SLA printing since 2017 and this has really simplified the post processing. Yes, the price is a bit high, but I can't not give this product 5 stars. It does exactly what it says, and it does it really well.
