Description

The Bambu Lab PPS-CF filament is a high-end technical material that impresses with its exceptional heat resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical strength. This carbon fibre reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent strength, stiffness and dimensional stability for components that are subjected to demanding applications.

With a heat resistance of up to 264 °C at 0.45 MPa, PPS-CF can withstand temperatures of over 200 °C over a long period of time. The material is flame-retardant according to UL-94 V-0 and thus ensures the highest level of safety and reliability in electronics and in the manufacture of automotive components. Thanks to its extremely low moisture absorption of just 0.05%, PPS-CF also ensures that its mechanical and thermal properties remain stable even under humid conditions.

► The filament is delivered on a cardboard spool.

Note: The Bambu Lab PPS-CF filament is ONLY suitable for printing with the Bambu Lab X1E 3D printer!

Attention! Not compatible with Bambu Lab AMS and AMS Lite! Use a wear-resistant nozzle with a minimum diameter of 0.4 mm.

Tip: Bambu Lab recommends drying the material before use.
