BIGTREETECH Magneto Cutter for VzBot 3D Printer

The BIGTREETECH Magneto Cutter is a powerful addition to VzBot 3D printing systems. Designed for maximum efficiency in high-speed printing, this cutter impresses with its robust construction, well thought-out choice of materials and an innovative magnet system for holding the blade.

The housing is made of CNC-milled AL6061 aerospace aluminium and offers an optimum combination of strength, low weight and thermal stability. The anodised surface provides reliable protection against abrasion and corrosion while ensuring precise and permanently stable cutting.

With a weight of just 13 g, the BTT Magneto Cutter significantly reduces the moving mass on the print head and thus ensures fast movement sequences and dynamic printing processes. The integrated magnetic coupling is designed to be heat-resistant and guarantees a constant holding force without magnetic degradation, even during prolonged operation at high temperatures.

The SK5 blade made of high-strength carbon steel is extremely hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant and designed for high loads in continuous use. The modular blade holder with quick-change mechanism enables tool-free replacement within a few seconds - ideal for maintenance or switching between different applications.
