BondTech DDX V3 for Creality CR-10 V2/V3 IDGA

Bondtech DDX V3 for Creality CR-10 V2/V3 is an upgrade kit that allows you to replace the original Bowden with a direct drive setup. It is a high performance dual drive extruder based on the BMG Bondtech Mini Geared Extruder .

This DDX V3 IDGA offers countless possibilities for higher print quality: different materials, higher flow and/or wider nozzles and thinner layers. With a gear ratio of 3:1, both high-resolution prints with small nozzles and high-flow prints with larger nozzles can be achieved.

Tip: DDX V3 IDGA comes in a new and better design compared to the older version. A white plastic spur gear and an integrated drive gear (IDGA) ensure less play and better surface quality.

Compatibility with multiple hotends

This model is designed to be compatible with Copperhead, Mosquito, Mosquito Magnum as well as Micro Swiss All Metal for Creality hotends.

Bondtech's special Dual Drive technology can be combined with a standard hotend or a powerful version of Slice Engineering (Copperhead™ or Mosquito™). The result: A direct-drive extruder with smooth material feed and wide material compatibility.

Bondtech DDX Direct Drive eXtruder

This powerful 1.75mm Dual Drive eXtruder from Bondtech was specially developed for Creality printers and is based on the popular BMG. Its body parts are printed with industrial-grade PA12 (polyamide), ensuring maximum strength and utmost precision. The housing of the DDX V3 IDGA has been designed to provide effective hot-end cooling.

Using a levelling sensor with DDX V3 IDGA

The DDX V3 IDGA was manufactured to allow the levelling sensor to be attached to the X-Carriage. If there is no space to attach a bedside probe (e.g. BLTouch on the X-Carriage), a bracket can be printed and attached to the right side of the DDX.

Easy installation

To facilitate its installation, the kit is fixed to the carriage with only 2 screws. The fan cover and the bracket are already integrated in the DDX V3 IDGA. The fan can be easily snapped onto the cover without screws.
