BondTech LGX Shortcut Copperhead for Prusa MK3S

This is an LGX Shortcut Upgrade Kit for use on the Prusa MK3S and MK3S+. It uses a short Slice Engineering Copperhead hotend with a Bondtech heatsink.

Requires an X-Carriage

To use the LGX Shortcut Upgrade Kit, you need the appropriate X-Carriage.

Master all materials

The LGX Shortcut Copperhead printhead is a dedicated unit that includes the LGX Large Gears Extruder and the LGX Shortcut Hotend with a short filament path that masters all materials. The print head is therefore the perfect choice for processing soft and flexible materials.

The LGX Shortcut Copperhead Printhead only supports 1.75mm filament.

Direct Drive upgrade

This LGX based upgrade kit is an easy to install replacement for the stock direct drive extruder. It requires the accessory included in the " LGX Shortcut Copperhead Accessories for Prusa MK3S " package and the LGX Shortcut Copperhead hotend

Easy to install

It's a very intuitive and easy to install upgrade kit where the extruder faces the X-Carriage, reducing the distance between the nozzle and the X-axis.

Leading Grip Power

The LGX is the Bondtech extruder with the highest filament grip due to its new large drive wheels that allow more teeth to engage the filament.

MMU compatibility

This upgrade kit is not compatible with any MMU version.

Custom firmware required

Please update your Prusa firmware to use this product.
