Description
bq PLA was specially made for the Witbox in Spain. But it also fits printers with filaments of 1.75mm diameter. In an airtight packaging made of PET.
1.75mm diameter PLA filaments for the 3D desktop printer are available in different colours.
The PLA filaments are optimal in their properties. A major component of the PLA filament is cornstarch. Therefore, PLA is very environmentally friendly. PLA 3D filaments are very easy to print and, due to the composition, are very environmentally friendly. Compared to ABS, PLA has much less shrinkage and warpage during and after printing and therefore has less "warping". So even larger objects without a heated bed can be printed.
During printing with PLA, there are no unpleasant odours compared to ABS.
Due to the large number of positive properties, PLA is also suitable for processing in offices, schools and at home.

I have two printers cr-10 and Anycubic i3 mega and both of them have similar issues.
This filament is extremely picky of the settings where you can actually print something.
Temperature is low 195° C, not 210-220° C what desciption says. Stringing is happening what ever you do. It WILL happen. Anyway i did get setting where i can get confortable prints, not good but ok prints.
Then in CR-10 filament run out so i changed new spool of this filament. Same settings and it clogs print head everytime. So Same settings, same bq PLA Pure White filament, different spool and cannot print. Quality seems to change from spool to spool.

I'm not even kidding. The print quality is phenomenal. This really is a high quality filament, can't recommend it enough! Also arrived really fast in Romania.

Imperfections to this plastic are easily forgotten, because with some precaution you will end up with nice prints.
Plastic comes in a very nicely protected, double vacuumed package.
When you unroll it you will see that it is not premium plastic as it does not bend evenly. The reason is thickness that fluctuates between 1,72 and 1,85 mm every 4-5 centimeters.
This fluctuation had no bad effect on my Bowden setup, and with 90% extrusion, I came up with some very nice prints.
Colour is bright white and quite opaque.
This plastic loves lower temperatures then most PLA (185-195°c).
On a down side, stringing of this plastic is the worst I've ever seen. Even with lowest tolerable temperature and 4mm retraction, I had a lot of hair thin strings on the printed objects. These luckily can easily be removed, but I was finding these white hairs in my workshop days after printing.
Layer adhesion and strength of this PLA is excellent, so is the overall look of the finished prints.
