I’m new to 3d printing so learning... I've found XT with a few basic tweaks gives good detail, well-bonded layers, and durable results... A useful polymer.
Poor adhesion onto smooth PEI bed was remedied with a glue stick layer rubbed smooth with a finger and preheated till dry.
Default Slic3r print speed 30mm/s, 240C first layer then up to 245C with the bed at 70C throughout produced consistent results for me.
