Description
The filament is made of sturdy nylon reinforced with a high percentage of carbon fibres. It is perfect for precise and stable prints of objects that need to withstand high temperatures, stress and impact.
Nylforce Carbon Fibre is a nylon filament with a carbon fibre content. Before printing, make sure that your material is completely dry. If moisture is present, place in an oven at 85-95 ° C for 6 to 8 hours. Store in a dry place, preferably in a small closed container with desiccant.
Hot-end, nozzle and fan
Since the filament needs temperatures between 250 ° C and 265 ° C, please make sure your hot-end is appropriate for printing nylon filaments. Because of the abrasive effect of the carbon fibres, stainless steel hardened nozzles that are resistant to abrasive materials are strongly recommended. Fans can be deactivated.
Adhesion
The filament does not adhere well to PEI, BuildTak or similar surfaces. The print on a heated glass bed (60-70 ° C) with adhesion promoter is recommended.

As good as Matterhackers NylonX
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
Many cf-nylons are rather solid, but brittle - this one is more flexible. I found this best one for RC parts where durability is needed.
