Description
REFILL is a spool-less filament compatible with the reusable MASTERSPOOL standard that anyone can print on their own with the free and fully-available RichRap project. This solution is more ecological and slightly cheaper than the filaments of disposable spools. Fiberlogy is one of the first companies in the world to choose to include this solution in its product range.
Application
The application is the same as with other filament spools. The only difference is that refill has no spool. This makes it more environmentally friendly.
PET-G
EASY PET-G is very easy to print and has a high strength comparable to that of the conventional PET-G. EASY PET-G is even easier to print than typical PET-G. Stringing of the filament has been significantly reduced. EASY PET-G is available in opaque and transparent version.
Fiberlogy EASY PET-G is suitable for printing functional models as well as decorative elements.

This particular filament is very easy to print on my custom built corexy machine (tried it with the V6 as well as with the Dragon BMO hotends). Running low so will order me some more for sure.

This has thus far been the worst filament I have ever used. Despite this having a profile for Prusa printers I cannot get a decent quality print. First layer calibrations are perfect but anything with a corner comes out utterly awful.
The other bad thing is the recommended spool (Masterspool). It is awful. It has features on the inside rims that catch the filament and it managed to drag my printer. It also uses a staggering amount of filament to print. It doesn't print well at higher extrusion widths because of the detail on the faces and the inner ring has a fillet that causes a lot of debonding during the first few layers. It would be far better and probably cheaper overall to just buy filament that comes on a recycled/recyclable spool.Was this rating helpful? (0) (0)

As said in the title, the filament it self is just great. Easy to print and looks beautiful. The problem is the spooling. I couldn´t get it to fit to any of my masterspool spools, It was just too thick. Also the center diameter is too big for a snug fit to any of my spools. Next time I will order the spooled version.

if you need a fit print, make sure you calibrate this filament shrinkage. otherwise prints look fantastic and the color is great! I managed to print with 60° bed temperature
