Description
Fillamentum ABS Extrafill is a material for FFF (FDM) 3D printers.
The advantage of the material is that it can be used relatively easily with 3D printers. The high print quality and good layer adhesion are what distinguishes this material from its counterparts.
ABS filament is a polymer which is ideally suited for the production of function models before commencing with the batch production. It is also possible to produce goods for daily use or prototyping.
Fillamentum guarantees high precision in the production process. The filament diameter is within the +/- 0.05 mm range, which is strictly controlled throughout the production process.
3D printer filaments from Fillamentum are produced in a wide range of colours and correspond to the RAL and Pantone colours.

Unforgiving, BUT With Good Results

Firstly let's start with its negatives. WARPING - despite having an enclosure at 70C on my Voron 2.4 I was having a warping nightmare. Now to remedy this issue, after many hours of frustration, I stumbled across Fillamentum's profile and plugging the settings into my slicer it removed almost all warping. It wasn't a perfect profile so still needed tuning in the EM, but this is almost to be expected with any generic printer profile.
But moving on from that issue, let's look at the positives. The brightness of the red is phenomenal and definitely a selling point of this spool. This coupled with the amazing print results - earlier problems aside - this filament is one of the good ones, especially at this fantastic price point. However I do highly recommend this is printed in a well enclosed printer with an all metal hot-end ( so it can safely reach 240C ) and a good quality print bed able to hit 110C, otherwise you won't have a happy time :)
