Description

The Phaetus Silicon Carbide (SiC) Nozzle for Prusa is an all-metal nozzle with a fully integrated design that offers exceptional wear resistance and a long service life thanks to the special, patented EndCoat technology. The design of the nozzle has been optimised with an enlarged nozzle chamber and offers a max. flow rate of up to 21 mm³/s.

The silicon carbide nozzle with a Mohs hardness of 9.8 has a service life up to 7 times longer than a nozzle made of hardened steel. In combination with the EndCoat™ coating, the nozzle is incredibly wear-resistant.

► The nozzle supports standard materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, but is also suitable for printing composite materials that are used in industrial contexts (e.g. CF, GF, steel, wood, etc.).

► Compatible with the Prusa MK4, XL and MK3.9.
