Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K

Founded in 2016, Phrozen began research to become one of the leading manufacturers in the field of 3D printing. Since the successful start with LCD 3D printers, which are known as the Phrozen Shuffle product line, they are now starting a new generation of LCD 3D printers - the new Sonic series. With an 8K 15-inch monochrome LCD and a build space of 330 x 185 x 400 mm, the Sonic Mega 8K sets completely new standards in LCD printing technology.

8K 15-inch monochrome LCD

As one of the largest LCD 3D printers on the market, the Sonic Mega 8K has a specially developed 8K 15-inch monochrome LCD display. With this new technology, the Sonic Mega 8K has a very high precision of 43 microns despite the huge installation space and offers very high printing speeds, so that it only needs 1-2 seconds exposure time per layer - compared to conventional LCD 3D printers with 7-8 seconds every layer.

The monochrome LCD is also thermally stable and has a much longer lifespan than conventional LCD displays. You can print up to over 2000 hours with it! For you, this means less service and replacement of the LCD display.

Dual linear rails and stable ball screw design

For an ultra-stable Z-axis, the Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K uses this specific design to ensure high stability even with large and heavy models.

Full metal exterior

Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K is made entirely of metal. This strengthens the whole structure, making it stronger and more sustainable for long-term use.

Multiple fans

Say goodbye to any overheating, as the Sonic Mega 8K is equipped with 2 powerful fans that release excess heat from the device.

Preset build plate

All Sonic Mega 8K building boards are perfectly calibrated in production. No further preparations are necessary, the device can be set up and you can start!
