Description
The Qidi Tech Smooth Plate is a double-sided, magnetic flex plate that has been specially developed for improved adhesion and easy print removal. It offers two different surfaces:
► PEI textured side: the textured PEI coating ensures strong adhesion of the first layer and minimises warping.
► Mirror-smooth PEA film side: This side ensures a smooth, glossy underside of the print, ideal for aesthetic and functional components.
The flexible build plate makes it easy to remove the prints by bending them slightly. Thanks to the magnetic fastening system, the plate can be quickly replaced or repositioned.
Notes:
To ensure that your prints adhere optimally, clean the print surface regularly with hot water and washing-up liquid to remove dust and grease residues.
Do not use acetone to clean the textured HF side, as this can damage the surface.
Before first use, it is essential to remove the protective film from the Smooth Plate to ensure perfect print quality.
