Will this fit and work with the Creality CR-M4?

Would i need to update the firmware to an ender 3 and easy it easy to fit to a 4.2.7 mother board?

You need to update the firmware yes but only to set the max temperature, everything else doesn't require a firmware update and it is totally compatible with the 4.2.7 board

Not perfectly, the CR-10S has a 12v system so if you try to use this with the CR-10S then you'll need to change the fans and heating cartridge which is a bit tricky as the fans are not the standard Creality fans.

Do you have replacement parts other stores have parts that they send with a short cr touch cable and sorter bots so it can go all the way on x on and ender 3 / v2

  No, it does not. Just received my kit. You'll need to connect the CR Touch directly to the controller board, by routing it together with the ribbon. Or buy the short cable from somewhere else.
