Revell U.S.S. Enterprise

The nuclear-powered Enterprise is the first aircraft carrier of this type and one of the largest ships ever built. This gigantic aircraft carrier was put into service on November 25, 1961. Eight water-cooled reactors generate a total output of 300,000 hp, with which the ship reaches an average speed of 35 knots. The displacement is 75,700 tons and the flight deck is 76.8 meters wide. An average of 414 officers and 4,260 crew members are on board. Since the Enterprise is independent of external deliveries due to its nuclear propulsion, large fuel depots are available for the on-board aircraft. The largest and most modern aircraft in the US Navy can be operated from the Enterprise.
