It really is brilliant, sturdy, well made and it grips the filament and controls the flow superbly. Fitted in minutes, with no need to change the G-code it produces outstanding prints.
At £100 it may seem expensive but given that the extruder is one of the most critical parts of your 3D printer, its worth paying this for hassle-free, quality prints. I highly recommend it.Was this rating helpful? (1) (0)

An excellent upgrade to my Mega X

This extruder has made a huge difference to my Anycubic Mega X. It was very straightforward to install and configure. It runs smoothly and quietly. My print quality has definitely improved greatly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product again.
Only qualm I have is that the screws provided with the extruder aren't quite long enough to securely fasten to my machine through the bracket and into the stepper motor. But that's been solved with purchasing longer screws.
