Extruder Green-TEC PRO
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
I ended up printing this at 220ºC with a bed temperature of 50ºC direct onto a heated aluminium bed, but for the first layer and to get a smoother finish aka a smoother laydown, as well as resist the very slight warping at one edge, I jacked this up to 230ºC & 70ºC for the first layer. I have remnants of Dimaflex on this bed too, so the warping might be the result of differing adhesion levels.
Really impressed with this material, very stiff and strong in compression, with good layer inter bonding even at 10% infill. Next up, is to explore a good adhesive to solvent bond this to itself and other plastics.
I haven't tested the higher glass/transition temperature yet, but it seems very stable.
