Prusa mini settings
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
Used the following settings on a Prusa mini+ with BondTech extruder:
- No overextrusion
- Print Speed: Maximum 20-30mm/s
- Heatbed: 50ºC
- Nozzle: 210ºC (First Layer: 220ºC !)
The filemant starts to clog the nozzle below 200ºC. Above 220ºC the surfaces became slightly speckled. Extrudr recommends nozzle temperatures between 230-250ºC which was to high in my opinion. 3DJake recommends values below 230ºC. The filament is also printable on the Prusa mini without the BondTech modification, but you might have to increase the temperature above 220ºC to decrease the viscosity of the filament. Was this rating helpful? Nice product, easy to print on my Qidi printers. X-Max and X-Plus, both series 2 machines with direct drives. I needed to make some splash proof covers so was important to me to close up as many gaps in the printing process as possible, hence i set my print to over extrude. Print slow seems key.
My main settings:
Print temp: 240c
Bed temp: 55c
Top/bottom walls flow 110%
Infill flow: 110%
Infill density 100%
Retraction distance: 1mm
Retraction speed: 20mm/sec
Print speed: 30mm/sec ( i tried 40mm/sec and got extruder drive jams)
Initial layer print speed: 15mm/sec
Initial layer travel speed 70mm/sec
Good product.
