This thing worked for 30 minutes and shorted out. I sent customer support all the info and all I heard from them was check your printer. Well I installed my old ones and they work just fine. Told them that still haven't heard anything from them been over a week.. We'll see what happens.

Excellent hotend, but after a couple hundred hours of use, tried to dissasemble it and all 4 screws snapped when tried to release the heating chamber from body.
