Description

This cartridge heater from Slice Engineering has been specially developed for continuous industrial use. It impresses with its high thermal output, reliable temperature stability and robust design, making it ideal for precise printing processes under constant load.

Heat-resistant cable routing with glass fibre reinforcement

The first 100 mm of the connection cables are sheathed with PTFE-impregnated glass fibre braiding. This reinforcement provides reliable protection against heat-related wear and mechanical abrasion on moving components. At the same time, the cables can be laid in a dimensionally stable manner - for simple, clean installation in the hotend area.

Secure connection, reliable performance

The internally welded terminal pins minimise the risk of contact problems or thermal failures. With a mean time between failures (MTBF) of 5000 hours, this cartridge heater is designed for long-term stability.
