ZODIAC nozzles are hard - very hard!

The MK8 nozzle goes through 8 process steps until it can be called ZODIAC.
A plasma-polished nozzle made of tool steel is hardened to 1000HV and finished with a diamond-like bi-layer technology and tested according to (DIN EN ISO 1071-2, VDI 3198) standard.

ZODIAC has an unprecedented lifespan and defies every filament such as PLA, ABS, TPU but also carbon or filaments mixed with metal particles. Also excellent with PEEK for industrial high-temperature applications up to 450 ° C.

Due to the low sliding friction coefficient, no filament residues adhere to the nozzle even during long printing processes, which leads to optimal printing results.

The ZODIAC nozzles have the following properties:

• Resistant to high temperatures (up to 450 ° C)
