Ultralight and robust construction

With its 175 g, the H2 V2S LITE Revo is characterised by its amazing lightness! The low weight ensures more precise positioning and less inertia of the extruder.

The lightweight extruder system features a CNC machined, hollowed-out design made from anodized aluminium alloy with unbeatable strength.

Dual gear filament feed and adjustable tension

With a gear ratio of 7:1 and an extrusion force of max. 7.5 kg on the nano-coated dual gears, an exceptionally smooth filament feed is possible. The pressure exerted by gears on the filament can be adjusted to your liking for greater flexibility, which is particularly suitable for printing with flexible filaments such as TPU.

High flow rates

The H2 V2S LITE Revo is equipped with a 0.6 mm Revo High Flow nozzle and a 60 watt HeaterCore, allowing it to achieve a flow rate of an incredible 45 mm³/s for any high-speed requirements.

► The 60W HeaterCore ensures faster heat-up times and additional performance during high-flow printing at higher temperatures;

► The Revo High Flow nozzle has a special internal geometry that ensures better heat transfer and a higher flow rate. The nozzle can be changed in 30 seconds; Hotend leaks are a no-go.

Accelerated heat dissipation for high-speed requirements

The combination of an aluminium alloy housing, a 3510 fan with a speed of 9000 rpm and a heatsink ensures optimal heat dissipation during printing processes with temperatures of up to 300°C.

Useful features:

► Four additional mounting holes for attaching an automatic levelling sensor such as a microprobe, or a fan for even faster printing;

► Quick release lever handle for controlled feeding and dispensing of filaments: While the filament is being inserted or removed, switching the lever is sufficient;

► The gear carrier is made of 7075 T6 aluminium and coated with MoS2 anti-wear grease to improve the feel and wear resistance of the lever.
