BondTech CHT Nozzle Coated for the Creality Spider Hotend (Set of 4)

This CHT nozzle set from Bondtech consists of four brass nozzles with a nickel coating that are ideal for high-flow applications. The CHT nozzle has a higher melting capacity thanks to an enlarged heating area, increasing the flow rate by 25% to 65% - depending on the material and print settings. For better layer adhesion and stronger 3D-printed parts.

The nozzle is compatible with both 1.75mm and 2.85mm filaments.

The nozzle set (M6x1x1x9x16.8) is compatible with the Creality Spider Hotend.

Advantages of Bondtech CHT technology

Bondtech CHT nozzles divide the filament into 3 thinner strands, melting the material from the inside. The faster melting of the material means printing can be carried out at higher flow rates.

Advantages of nickel plating

A nickel coating is applied to the brass nozzles to protect against dirt, corrosion, erosion and abrasion. Nickel-coated nozzles have higher corrosion resistance and a lower coefficient of friction, allowing for smoother material delivery and preventing plastic adhesion to the nozzle surface.

Tip: Using different materials with the same nozzles will cause deposits in the nozzle, which can cause blockages. It is therefore recommended to also change the nozzle when changing material.
