A Cheetah among FDM printers

The FDM printer is equipped with a high-performance computing processor. This allows max. printing speeds of an incredible 500 mm/s*! Thanks to a special motion control algorithm, it can calculate the step time more precisely for higher motion accuracy.

*For best printing results, a standard print speed of 250 mm/s is recommended.

Compatible with Klipper high-speed silent mainboard

The high-performance ARM 64-bit 1.5G quad-core high-speed silent mainboard ensures quiet operation by effectively reducing printing noise. In addition, it has 8G of memory and supports secure storage of more than 400 model files.

Unlike other printers in the Neptune line that are compatible with Marlin, Neptune 4 comes with Klipper firmware.

PEI magnetic build platform

Thanks to the special PEI coating, the printed model can be easily detached from the build platform without any tools after the heating bed has cooled down.

250 Watt Heating Bed

The powerful heating bed of 250 watts already heats up to 110 °C in a very short time.

Self-developed dual-gear extruder with direct drive

Elegoo's proprietary Dual Gear Direct Drive extruder on the Neptune 4 is as much as 25% lighter than the extruder on the Neptune 3 Pro. It allows for greater extrusion force, resulting in a 5.2X extrusion ratio and higher printing accuracy.

A wide range of materials such as PLA, ABS, TPU, nylon, etc. are supported.

High Temp Hotend for temperatures up to 300 °C

The hotend of the Neptune 4 features an all-metal high-temperature copper-titanium main heat break and a unique air channel design for better heat dissipation. The hotend is rated for temperatures up to 300°C.

In addition, the hot end of the nozzle has been extended so that filaments can be fully melted and evenly extruded.

Powerful cooling system

Neptune 4 is equipped with a sophisticated cooling system. This combines a heat dissipation module with intelligent fan control, which provide comprehensive heat dissipation during printing.

Thereby, 4 powerful 4020 fans with a max rotation rate of 10 000 rpm dissipate heat during high-speed printing. 2 side-mounted 4015 fans cool the model during printing at a max speed of 11 000 rpm.

Thanks to the intelligent fan control, all fans are switched off after printing. On the one hand, this saves energy, and on the other hand, it reduces the noise level.

Manual or 2.0 automatic levelling - your choice

Neptune 4 features a high-precision, non-contact sensor that automatically acquires data from 121 points on the build platform, increasing the printer's success rate.

V-guide rails with wheels made of wear-resistant POM

The wheels of the V-guide rail are made of high-quality and wear-resistant POM material. They ensure ultra-quiet movements as well as high precision.

The transmission mechanism of the V-guide rail is simultaneously reinforced by an eccentric isolation column. This ensures that the decrease in printing accuracy caused by long-term wear of the wheels is compensated for without any problems.

Smart features provide freedom for more flexibility

► Filament Detection Sensor: If a breakage occurs or you run out of filament, an error alarm is automatically triggered as well as the printing process is interrupted to prevent errors on the model or filament wastage.

► Smart Resume Printing: In the event of a power failure, you have the convenient option of resuming printing as soon as power is restored.

Capacitive 4.3-inch screen

The magnetic 4.3-inch touchscreen can either be attached to the printer base or held comfortably in the hand.

The screen supports multiple languages: simplified Chinese, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, German and Japanese.

Printing over LAN networks

You can practically control and monitor the printing process remotely via the WEB terminal.

Easily operated X/Y-axis belt tensioner and wider Y-axis for more precise movements

The belt tension can be easily adjusted by operating a rotary knob.

The Y-axis profile has been made wider (to 56 mm) for more stable and smooth movements.

Two Z-axis motors with leadscrews

Neptune 4 uses two powerful Z-axis motors with leadscrews. These ensure better print quality and higher precision.

LED light

Daylight is not enough to marvel at your creative results. That's why the Neptune 4 now comes with an LED light! While one LED light is located next to the nozzle, the top of the printer frame features a light bar with 30 LED lights. Both LED lights can be easily turned on and off on the touchscreen.
