FLSUN S1 Upgrade Bundle

More power, less noise, maximum performance: With the FLSUN S1 Upgrade Bundle you can take your 3D printer game to the next level! The bundle combines the powerful S1 3D printer with the Silent Module and thus enables the upgrade to the S1 Pro version.

Note: You have to upgrade the S1 3D printer yourself! The upgrade makes the S1 3D printer technically equivalent to the S1 Pro version.

All-metal frame

Equipped with an all-metal frame, the S1 ensures maximum stability even at extremely high speeds.

High-performance effector

The S1 is equipped with an extra-light dual-gear direct drive extruder. It has a high-flow hotend with a 0.4 mm nozzle made of hardened steel, which is designed for temperatures of up to 350 °C. An 80-watt ceramic heating element reaches high temperatures much faster in order to heat and melt the filament more evenly.

Powerful Cooling Fan

A CPAP turbo fan operates at an incredible speed of 40,000 rpm to cool the printed layers evenly. A single layer is cooled within 1 second for smooth printing results!

36V closed-loop stepper motor

Thanks to the closed-loop stepper motor, S1 can withstand countless performance requirements without any problems. The stepper motor, supplemented with a strain sensor and a control loop, is incredibly precise and fast, making it perfect for ultra-high-speed printing.

Vibration compensation

An innovative vibration compensation effectively reduces vibrations that occur at full speed.

► Silent Module

The Silent Module brings a new dimension of cooling to the 3D printer: The high-quality cooling fan keeps the temperature perfectly under control, while the noise level remains pleasantly low.

Thanks to the large air duct diameter, the cooling performance is significantly improved. The enlarged pipe opening means that the speed can be reduced by a full 42% without reducing the air volume. The result? Efficient cooling with whisper-quiet operation.

The sophisticated impeller design with independent structure prevents vibrations and thus minimises annoying noise. In addition, the integrated silencer reduces the friction between the air flow and the walls - for even quieter, smoother operation.

Tip: At just 55 dB, the printer runs pleasantly quietly, so you can concentrate fully on your projects – without any disturbing noise.
